Now that the Big Party is over, it is time to do some clean up.  Personally, this last month, I got a jump on Cleaning my Garage, ripping out old carpet (yes it was green, but not shag) Repainting my home office and throwing away Treasures or old documents.   Trimming Trees and raking a boat load of pine needles.   So here is my challenge to you.   What are you going to Clean up or get rid of that you just do not need anymore.

If you need Ideas on a Project, and you do not want to ask your spouse, then there are some up above. Or, start with one corner of your home.  Take 20 minutes and work that area.  Stay Focused.   Do you need it, Trash, or have to think pile.   If you have to think make it a quick decision.   I will tell you this little trick has helped me a LOT. (My wife would say otherwise)

As far as the Real Estate Market is concerned, it is starting to move. Amber has closed on her first property with JRP and I believe we have 7 families moving in July.
