The Market conditions for Woodland Park is a changing. In my opinion, the homes that are clean and have been priced right are selling, and selling fast. The inventory level under $250,000 is not much, there are homes that are on the market, but will need some work, or price reductions. The average price of homes has dropped from last year by $47,000 dollars. The main reason for this is that there are not as many move up Buyers.
