Which is it we have come a long way or we have a long way to go?

This is a nice report, but I am confused Mr. President.  Did we come a long way or do we have a long way to go. This is not a road trip across America from LA to New York.  I do not think we have come a long way at all.  America needs to start making stuff, Good Stuff.

Market Conditions for Woodland Park,Co

The Market conditions for Woodland Park  is a changing.  In my opinion, the homes that are clean and have been priced right are selling, and selling fast.  The inventory level under $250,000 is not much, there are homes that are on the market, but will need some work, or price reductions.  The average price of homes has dropped from last year by $47,000 dollars.  The main reason for this is that there are not as many move up Buyers.  Woodland Park and Northern Teller County does have some outstanding deals above the $350,000.  So if you are ready to search for a home and with lower Interest rates Call me.
