Rush to Pass the Stimulus

I am now completely confused by the actions of the government of the United States of America.  Just last week, our Government Officials postponed the Digital Switch for 4 months, because not everyone in America could get a converter box.  Which America has know for more than 3 years was coming.

Yesterday, Friday February 13th, 2009, our government passed a bill to spend $787 BILLION Dollars that was printed on the Internet so our officials could read all thousand plus pages at 11:00 P.M. Thursday February 12th, 2009, which by Fox Business News reported that not one of our elected officals read the whole thing.

I'm confused, Television wait four more months, Billions and Billions of Dollars passes immediately...What is wrong with this picture... oh wait it is in analog.
