The question I am asked everyday is how is the real estate market? Then the person asking the question will want to know are we at the bottom of the market close? My answer to that question is, We will not know until the market is going up. Here is an example;
Starting back on January 5, 2008 Gas Prices were $2.79 per gallon in Woodland Park. Then July 4, 2008 Gas Prices were the highest ever in Woodland Park at $3.89 per gallon. January 1, 2009 gas bottomed out at $1.34 per gallon, now gas is for sale at $1.54.
We all know that gas prices will go up. History also shows that Home prices will continue to go up. My advise is to call to buy now because we will not know when the market hits bottom until it goes up.
