Well, Well, Well...the media is telling us that the Real Estate Market is Making the economy fail. Phoenix, Las Vegas, Florida, Parts of California, and Michigan, have not helped the cause, yet there are some markets that are going up. The Pikes Peak Region, has since some drops in pricing, overall the best homes(or best deals) are still going fast. In fact, I personally helped 2 of my buyers write offers on the 1st day of a home being on the market. The main reason is my buyers are educated on what is a good deal. They know that the inventory is not growing as fast as it has been.
So, the market may be national...for the news, but for families that need to Buy or Sell it is Local. So please call a Realtor, better yet call me.
